The power of movement
At Jungla, we believe in the power of movement, resilience, and community. More than just a gym, we are a home for those who seek to challenge themselves, break barriers, and embrace the wild side within. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and fitness levels, creating a space where strength is measured not just in muscles, but in determination, courage, and the will to grow.
Jungla is built on the philosophy that fitness is more than exercise, it’s a mindset, a way of life, and an unbreakable spirit. Here, you don’t just train; you evolve. We are a movement, a mentality, and a family that pushes each other to be the best versions of ourselves.
Embrace the Wild Side
We are a Tribe
Jungla Training is the manifestation of a dream born from grit, passion, and an unwavering belief in the power of movement. It is a symbol of what happens when you refuse to settle, when you take risks, and when you turn obstacles into stepping stones.
As two women who migrated to the U.S. with nothing but a vision and the courage to pursue it, Paula and Sthefany built this from the ground up. Their story is proof that dreams are worth chasing, that resilience builds empires, and that strength is not just physical, it’s in the heart, the mind, and the soul.

What Jungla Means to Me:
Right before Jungla opened, I was in a really low place. From the outside, it might’ve looked like I was fine, but I wasn’t training, I wasn’t moving, I just wasn’t me. I’ve always loved exercising and taking care of my body, but the motivation was gone. Life hit me hard, adulthood, personal stuff, it all just piled on.
Then came Jungla. And honestly, it was exactly what I needed.
From day one, the energy, the people, the vibe it was literally exactly what I needed.
That spark I thought I lost? I found it here. And once you feel that again, in a space that gets you, that holds you, it’s hard to put into words.
Now, I’m not just training here, I’m coaching.
And every day, I get to give back to the place that helped me find myself again.

2019
Paula’s journey started with a simple love for movement and a deep desire to help people feel stronger in their own skin. She began coaching in different spaces around the city, getting to know all kinds of clients. With every session, Paula found new ways to connect, support, and inspire. What started as personal training quickly grew into a bigger purpose.

2020
The very first Jungla sessions happened out in the open, on sidewalks and in local parks, where a small but committed crew showed up, rain or shine, ready to move, connect, and grow. When the pandemic hit, Paula didn’t slow down. She launched Jungla’s first online program, Core From Home, helping people stay strong and grounded through uncertain times.

2021
Jungla moved into a small space, offering personal training sessions to a select few, creating deeper connections and refining the methodology.

2022
A bigger location was secured, allowing for a slightly larger client base, but still limited in capacity. The search for the first official facility began. Several spaces seemed like a "yes," only to fall through at the last moment. but she kept trying.

2023
Paula met Sthefany, who shared her passion and vision. The search for a permanent location continued without success, but in the process, the concept of what would become Jungla truly began to take shape.
The focus shifted towards solidifying the Jungla concept and building relationships with clothing manufacturers worldwide. Meanwhile, the search for an official gym space was still fueled with persistence and hope.

2024
The long-awaited moment arrived! Jungla secured its first official location, and the hands-on work to prepare for the grand opening began. This year also marked the launch of Jungla MVMNT’s first collection, along with a special collaboration during Wodapalooza.

2025
The dream becomes reality. Jungla's grand opening takes place, welcoming a community that embodies strength, perseverance, and the spirit of movement.
Excellent attention, always with the best attitude to teach, encouraging you to be better every day, and radiating the best energy. It’s a pleasure to be in this place. I love it! 😍😎
